Overview Fundo Recuperação

The Recuperação Fund has an initial fixed term of 15 years with a 5-year investment period. The Fund invests in companies in financial distress (as opposed to economic distress) with no more than 10% of total commitments ever invested in a single company.

The Fund’s goal is to acquire defaulted or impaired corporate credits in order to recover companies with sustainable business models.

The Fund is a CMVM regulated 'Fundo de Capital de Risco', a private equity fund regulated by the Portuguese securities and exchange commission.

Companies with debt levels higher than € 10 million. Interested companies should contact their financial institutions.
